RUNTIME LIBRARY:
IPv6 Apache 2.2.x requires runtime library. Download "Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86)" from download center and install it on your Windows OS.

Apache version 2.2.x has initially IPv6 feature. But, IPv6 is not activated on Win32 platform. This package provides pre-compiled binary of IPv6 enabled Apache.
